Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you browse or buy from SRMJ Clothing, operated by SRMJ Enterprises (PVT) LTD (Sri Lanka). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Ordering

You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the details.

2. Prices & payment

  • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Order totals are calculated on our server from current product prices; the amount shown at confirmation is the amount payable.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery, card / online payment via PayHere, and online bank transfer where enabled. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed once we verify your receipt.

3. Delivery

We deliver island-wide, typically within 2–4 working days(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays may add time). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please ensure someone is available to receive and, for COD, to pay the exact amount.

4. Cancellations, returns & refunds

To cancel or change an order, contact us on WhatsApp +94 71 101 2377 as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours, before dispatch). Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Product information

We describe our garments as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and real fabric, and handloom/handmade pieces may have natural variations — these are not defects.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Product images, text and branding are the property of SRMJ Enterprises (PVT) LTD and may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, payment providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
